details e.g. name (From field), contact telephone number, etc or any other
details that User may choose to be displayed on our Website while
advertising.Gikomba.com shall share a User's general information with other
parties for statistical purposes only and therefore no information about a User
shall personally identify such User.
The User agrees that Gikomba.com may access its/their account, including its
contents, as stated above or to respond to service or technical issues.
Gikomba.com WILL ENSURE QUALITY ADVERTISING MESSAGES AND DETESTS SPAMMING OR
ABUSE. THE USER HEREBY GRANTS Gikomba.com THE RIGHT TO SEND THE USER
COMMUNICATION VIA E-MAIL AND/OR SMS OF ANY UPDATES, UPGRADES, NOTICES, OR OTHER
INFORMATION THAT Gikomba.com DEEMS IMPORTANT FOR THE USER TO KNOW, RELATING TO
THE SERVICE OR OTHER COMMERCIAL ADVERTISEMENTS. Gikomba.com WILL APPLY
DILIGENCE TO ENSURE THAT RELEVANCE OF SUCH COMMUNICATION MESSAGES IS OPTIMIZED
BUT DOES NOT GUARANTEE SUCH RELEVANCE AND/OR ACCURACY OF THE CONTENT OF SUCH
COMMUNICATION.
