Free Web Advertising.

This service is basically the listing of personal or business contacts, physical location, telephone, fax, email address and a brief description of Advertisers' preference. We offer this service free of charge to any Natural person who registers at Gikomba.com and therefore must meet the following conditions.

¨      Age must be over 18 years.

¨      Active email address.

¨      An Active Mobile Phone with a Safaricom or Celtel Simcard.

¨      Read and accepted our Terms & Conditions

¨      Sound mind.

Free SMS Alerts.

Natural persons who register at Gikomba.com are eligible to this service free of Charge. They shall receive SMS Notifications from Advertisers who consider such users as their target groups. For this service, a person must meet these conditions.

¨      Age must be over 18 years.

¨      Active email address.

¨      An Active Mobile Phone with a Safaricom or Celtel Simcard.

¨      Read and accepted our Terms & Conditions

¨      A Sound mind.

Premium/Paid Web Advertising with Banners and Website Links.

This Service is available to anyone who would want to advertise their requirements, may they be Sellers or Shoppers. We offer this Service at a fee depending on the size of the banner and the duration of the advertisement. A Banner or Image must be in .jpeg or .gif format and may have links to a particular website at no extra charges.

Advert Duration.

Minimum advert duration is 1 week with no maximum duration.

Banner adverts shall be offered free of charge on a "1^st come 1^st Served" basis, until 15^th May 2006.

Premium/Paid SMS Alerts

This Service is available to anyone who wants to send SMS Advertisements to the registered Users at Gikomba.com for Keshs.5 per SMS (minimum is 100 SMS messages). Advertisers can request us to select such users by using particular criteria so as to come up with a Target Group. For example, an Advertiser may want to send SMS messages to all Male members at Gikomba.com whose monthly income is Keshs. 20,000 and over, and inform them about a new Men Magazine that is now available countywide in all leading supermarkets. We can classify our Members by using more than 15 items in members' profile. See our Membership registration form to see the various items we can use to derive your target group. Currently we are in the process of building a Mobile Users list and once we attain a critical mass we shall notify all our esteemed users, and the general members of the public.
